On July 15, 2015, Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Bank”), appointed Corey A. Griffin as Chief Operating Officer of Boston Private Wealth LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank. Mr. Griffin will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s Investment Management segment.
