Other Events. |
On July 14, 2015, SBT Bancorp, Inc.’s primary and wholly-owned subsidiary, The Simsbury Bank & Trust Company, Inc. (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing that the Bank has filed applications with the Connecticut Department of Banking and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to open a full service branch at 1232 Farmington Avenue in West Hartford, CT. If approved, the West Hartford, CT location will be the Bank’s fifth full service branch. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
