It is with great sadness that The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announces that Jack Futterman, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, passed away on July 13, 2015. Mr. Futterman was a member of the Board since December 1996 and served on the Compensation and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees.
