On July 14, 2015, Matthew Sullivan, the Executive Vice President of 6D Global Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position at the Company in order to pursue other opportunities in the not-for-profit sector. Tejune Kang, our Chief Executive Officer, shall assume Mr. Sullivan’s duties, including the Company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy.
