Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 13, 2015, Glori Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that it has commenced AERO technology field injection at its Coke Field. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
