Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 9, 2015, Zillow Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Chad M. Cohen, its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has informed the Company of his intention to resign from the Company. Mr. Cohen’s resignation is expected to be effective August 7, 2015.
