Stratus Properties Inc. issued a press release dated July 9, 2015, announcing its election to purchase Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund II, L.P.'s interest in the Block 21 joint venture and completion of the sales of Parkside Village and 5700 Slaughter (see Exhibit 99.1 to this current report).
