Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 9, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared an increase of 14% in the quarterly cash dividend to $.08 per share on July 8, 2015. The dividend is payable on August 3, 2015 to shareholders of record as of July 20, 2015.
