On July 9, 2015, Emmis Communications Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing its results of operations and financial condition as of and for the fiscal quarter ended May 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this item by reference.
