On June 26, 2015, White Mountain Titanium Corporation (the “Company”) provided notice to Michael P. Kurtanjek, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, that his Amended and Restated Management Services Agreement dated September 26, 2014, which expires on December 31, 2015, would not be extended as permitted under the agreement. The agreement provides that it would be automatically extended for additional one year periods unless notice is given at least six months prior to the original or any extended termination date. Pursuant to the notice, the agreement will now expire on December 31, 2015. Mr. Kurtanjek is compensated for and provides services as President and COO under the terms of his management agreement. Over the next few months the Company intends to enter into a new management service agreement with Mr. Kurtanjek.
