(b) Effective July 2, 2015, National American University Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Ms. Michaelle Holland, the President of Campus Operations of National American University Holdings, Inc., is no longer employed by the Company. The Company would like to thank Ms. Holland for her years of service to National American University and its students.
