EXPLANATORY NOTE
The sole purpose of this Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A (the “Amendment”) to the Current Report on Form 8-K of Zonzia Media, Inc. that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 26, 2015 (the “Form 8-K”) is to include as Exhibit 10.1 under Item 9.01 the Channel Distribution Agreement with simplyME Distribution that is described under Item 1.01 of the Form 8-K. This Amendment does not otherwise modify or update the disclosures contained in the Form 8-K.
