Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 29, 2015, the Board of Directors of Glori Energy Inc. (“Glori Energy”) elected and ratified director Mr. Mark Puckett as its new Chairman of the Board. Mr. Puckett succeeds John U. Clarke, who resigned from Glori Energy’s Board on June 29, 2015 after four years of service to focus on other business commitments. Mr. Puckett, age 63, has served as an independent director of Glori Energy since April 2011.
