Debt Rating - Kroll Bond Rating Agency

On June 26, 2015, Kroll Bond Rating Agency (“KBRA”) issued a stable outlook, and an issuer and senior unsecured debt rating of BBB to Corporate Capital Trust, Inc., a business development company that provides individuals the opportunity to invest in the debt of privately owned American companies (the “Company”). Filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference, is a copy of the Company’s June 30, 2015 press release relating to the KBRA rating.
