Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 25, 2015, Bradley J. Blacketor, the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, informed Midway Gold Corp. (the “Company”) that he will resign from the Company effective at the close of business on July 6, 2015. Mr. Blacketor’s pending resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Blacketor for his leadership and service.
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 25, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing the issuance of an NI 43-101 Technical Report for a 2015 Feasibility Study for the Pan Gold Project. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
