Item 8.01 Other Items

On June 10, 2015, our board of directors approved an agreement and plan of merger to merge with our wholly-owned subsidiary Asian Development Frontier Inc., a Nevada corporation, to effect a name change from Blue Sky Petroleum Inc. to Asian Development Frontier Inc. Our company will remain the surviving company. Asian Development Frontier Inc. was formed solely for the change of name.

Articles of Merger to effect the merger and change of name were filed with the Nevada Secretary of State on June 26, 2105, with an effective date of July 9, 2015.

The amendment is currently being reviewed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). We will announce the completion of the FINRA review and the effectiveness of the amendment on the market by filing a Current Report on Form 8-K.
