Effective June 18, 2015, Apolo Gold & Energy, Inc., filed an Amendment to it Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State, changing its name from Apolo Gold & Energy, Inc. to Wincash Apolo Gold & Energy, Inc.
