ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
On June 24, 2015, Community Bank Shares of Indiana, Inc. announced that its two banking subsidiaries, Your Community Bank and The Scott County State Bank will merge, with Your Community Bank as the surviving entity. The Boards of Directors of Your Community Bank and The Scott County State Bank approved the merger on June 16, 2015 and June 18, 2015, respectively.
The Company is in the process of obtaining regulatory approval and anticipates completing the merger in the third quarter of 2015.
