On June 23, 2015, Tribune Publishing Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share of common stock. The record date for the dividend is July 15, 2015, and the dividend is payable on August 14, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. |
