Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 22, 2015, Noodles & Company (the "Company") announced the resignation of Keith Kinsey, President and Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2015, to become the Chief Executive Officer of a casual dining restaurant company. Upon Mr. Kinsey’s resignation, his responsibilities will be reallocated among current members of management. Mr. Kinsey will also resign his position as a member of the Company’s board of directors.
