Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 16, 2015, South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC ("the Company") held its 2015 Annual Meeting of Members in Volga, South Dakota. The primary purposes of the meeting were to receive the report of management on the business of the Company and the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2014 and to elect five persons to serve on the board of managers.
The following persons were elected to the Company's board of managers:
District 1: Gary Duffy
District 2: Paul Barthel
District 3: Gary Goplen
District 4: Randy Tauer
District 5: Ardon Wek
Messrs. Duffy, Tauer, and Wek, all of whom ran unopposed, were elected by unanimous ballot.
In District 2, Paul Barthel was elected by the following tally:
