Business Development Corporation of America’s (the “Company”) 2015 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) was initially called to order on June 15, 2015 and is currently adjourned to Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and will be held at 405 Park Avenue, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10022 in order to provide additional time to gather votes for the necessary quorum.
