As previously disclosed by PolyOne Corporation (the “Company”) on May 15, 2015, Julie A. McAlindon is no longer employed with the Company as Senior Vice President, President of Designed Structures and Solutions. In connection with her departure, in addition to receiving benefits under the Executive Severance Plan, a portion of certain unvested RSUs and performance units held by Ms. McAlindon will continue to vest upon their normal time schedule. Ms. McAlindon has also agreed to non-competition and non-solicitation covenants.
