Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
On June 16, 2015, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Toys “R” Us, Inc. (“TRU”), the indirect parent company of Toys “R” Us Property Company II, LLC (the “Company”), approved the replacement of Deloitte & Touche LLP, the independent registered public accounting firm of TRU and its subsidiaries, including the Company, and engaged Ernst & Young LLP as the new independent registered public accounting firm of TRU and its subsidiaries, including the Company.
