Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 17, 2015, TOMI™ Environmental Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has awarded the company a grant for approximately $560,000 for the development of SteraMist™ Mobile Decontamination Chambers to fight the Ebola epidemic. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
