Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 17, 2015, Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. issued a press release announcing the commencement of an exchange offer for $250 million of its 4.50% senior notes due 2025 issued on September 11, 2014 in a private placement.
