Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Murray G. Smith resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 15, 2015. Donald Boone, President, CEO and Treasurer, will act as principal financial officer until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
