Consistent with the CEO succession planning of World Acceptance Corporation (the “Company”) previously announced on June 2, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Ms. Janet Lewis Matricciani, the Company’s current Chief Operating Officer, as a director of the Company effective June 10, 2015 to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors.
