Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective June 15, 2015, Ann Wallin has been appointed Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) and will assume the role of principal accounting officer.
Ms. Wallin, 41, served as interim chief financial officer and as chief accounting officer at Nanosphere, a NASDAQ listed company, since February 2015 and from 2013 to 2015 as its Vice President of Finance and Accounting. From 2004 to 2013 Ms. Wallin served as Director of Internal Audit for Hub Group, a NASDAQ listed company. Ms. Wallin is a certified public accountant who earned her Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary’s College and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
