Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company announced today that it adjourned its annual meeting of stockholders to July 1, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. The adjourned meeting will be held at the Company's headquarters at 25 Sawyer Passway, Fitchburg, Massachusetts. A copy of the press release is attached.
