Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of
Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 11, 2015, Michael J. Laber, Vice President and Corporate Controller and the principal accounting officer of Qorvo, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position with the Company effective July 10, 2015, in order to accept an offer to serve as Chief Financial Officer of another company. Mr. Laber’s decision is not the result of any disagreement with the Company, including with respect to any accounting-related policy or matter. The Company congratulates Mr. Laber, thanks him for his dedicated service and wishes him success in his future endeavors.

Effective as of Mr. Laber’s departure, Steven J. Buhaly, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer as that position relates to the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
