Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 12, 2015, PMFG, Inc. (“PMFG”) and CECO Environmental Corp. (“CECO”) issued a joint press release announcing the early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act related to CECO’s previously announced acquisition of PMFG. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
