| Item 1.01. | Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On June 11, 2015, Franklin Synergy Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Financial Network, Inc. (the “Company”), and Columbia Avenue Partners, LLC entered into a Triple Net Office Lease Agreement for additional office space and parking for the Bank (the “Lease”). Columbia Avenue Partners, LLC is an affiliate of Henry W. Brockman and Dr. David H. Kemp, each of whom are directors of the Company and the Bank. The lease has a term of 15 years and provides for monthly rent payments of $46,508.45 per month.
