Item 5.02 Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 9, 2015, the Registrant’s Board of Directors appointed Greg Henry, age 52, to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant, effective immediately. Mr. Henry succeeds James F. DeSocio, who had served as interim Chief Executive Officer since November 2014, and who will remain on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Henry joined DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. in early 2001, most recently serving as Senior Vice President/Operations & Software Services, and is the Registrant’s longest-serving executive, having worked in a variety of different capacities. For a further description of his business experience, please see the press release dated June 9, 2015 and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
