ITEM 5.07 SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS.
At the Registrant’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 10, 2015, the shareholders of the Registrant entitled to vote at the meeting voted to (i) elect the five individuals named below to serve as directors of the Registrant to hold office until the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2016 and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified, (ii) and (ii) ratify the appointment of EisnerAmper LLP as the Registrant’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 27, 2014.

ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
The Registrant issued a press release on June 9, 2015 that announced that David Mintz, the Chairman and President of the Registrant, successfully underwent surgery and expects to return to his duties this summer after a period of convalescence. During his absence, Mr. Steven Kass, Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant, will assume his day-to day duties.
