On June 9, 2015, Quiksilver, Inc. (the “Company”) posted to its corporate website, www.quiksilverinc.com, a transcript of the earnings conference call conducted by the Company with respect to its second fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2015. The transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
