Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 8, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing that the first of three Aluminum Corporation of China industrial syngas gasification plants has achieved commissioning through Tianwo-SES Clean Energy Technologies Co., Ltd., one of its China joint ventures.
