Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

The Company currently expects a return to production for a number of its Fresh Frozen™  branded frozen vegetable products at its Jefferson, Georgia-based facility on or about June 30, 2015.  This expectation remains contingent upon the receipt of certain approvals from the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

 

In the interim, the Company has secured at least five co-packaging arrangements that is enabling the Company to process orders on selected SKU’s.
