Dean Jernigan, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jernigan Capital, Inc. (the “Company”), and Gregory W. Ward, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will meet with investors at REITWeek 2015, NAREIT’s Investor Forum, from June 9 – June 11, 2015.
A copy of the presentation materials to be used by Messrs. Jernigan and Ward is furnished as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
