Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 4, 2015, Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”) distributed a press release regarding the acquisition of 400 North Belt, a 12-story office building located in Houston, Texas. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
