Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Alfredo Gangotena, who currently serves as Sotheby's Chief Marketing Officer, will terminate employment with Sotheby's, effective June 30, 2015. In connection with his termination, Mr. Gangotena will receive payments consistent with his previously disclosed letter agreement dated December 2013. Mr. Gangotena's responsibilities will be assumed by Mr. David Goodman, Sotheby's newly appointed Executive Vice President of Digital Development and Marketing.
