(the “Company”) announced findings from an ongoing Phase I clinical trial of the Company’s mirvetuximab soravtansine (IMGN853) product candidate presented at the annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).  Additional information is contained in the Company’s press release dated May 30, 2015, which is incorporated herein by reference.
