The Company held its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (Meeting) on May 28, 2015. There were issued and outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting 8,203,658 shares of common stock. Present at the meeting, in person or by proxy, were 7,193,727 shares of common stock of the Company. The matters set forth below were voted upon:
Proposal No. 1 – Election of Directors
