On May 28, 2015, ZS Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will participate in the Jefferies 2015 Global Healthcare Conference on June 2, 2015 in New York, New York and the William Blair 35th Annual Growth Stock Conference on June 9, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
