The Company announced that the employment relationship between the Company and its Chief Executive Officer, James York, has been terminated effective May 15, 2015. Mr. Chuck Talley, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Chris Mashburn, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, will share the duties previously performed by Mr. York until a new chief executive officer is appointed.
