Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 27, 2015, the Board of Directors of Airgas, Inc. (the "Company") approved a new program to repurchase up to $500 million of the Company's outstanding shares of common stock subject to the terms and conditions announced in a press release dated May 28, 2015, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
