Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 27, 2015, Post Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update with respect to the recent avian influenza outbreak impacting the Company’s egg business. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
