(b) On May 22, 2015, John Eisel, Chief Operating Officer of InnerWorkings, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position with the Company to accept a position as an operations executive with a biotech business. The resignation will take effect on June 2, 2015. In light of how the Chief Operating Officer’s role and responsibilities have recently evolved, the Company does not intend to hire a replacement for this position.
