ITEM 5.02: | RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR |
On May 26, 2015, John Sheehan submitted his resignation as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, such resignation to be effective immediately.
Mr. Sheehan has offered to consult with the Board of Directors on future acquisition evaluations on an ad hoc basis.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Sheehan for his generous service and support.
