Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 22, 2015, Christopher P. Johns, President of PG&E Corporation’s subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (Utility”), and a member of the Utility’s Board of Directors notified PG&E Corporation and the Utility that he will retire effective December 31, 2015. As Mr. Johns’ decision to retire is voluntary, he will not receive any severance payments. The related press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
